Country Explorer is a feature-rich and interactive world guide designed to provide users with extensive data on every nation. From population demographics and capital cities to currency details and official languages, the platform delivers accurate, real-time information in a clean, user-friendly interface. Whether for education, travel planning, or general curiosity, users can easily access vital statistics at a glance.
Built with performance and usability in mind, the application features a powerful search engine and region-based filtering to help users locate specific countries instantly. The responsive design ensures a seamless experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, while the integrated dark/light mode enhances readability in any environment. Leveraging modern web technologies and the REST Countries API, Country Explorer demonstrates efficient API integration and state management.
This web-based system is developed using Laravel and MySQL to manage burial plot data, user preferences, and administrative operations in a structured and scalable way. The system follows the MVC architecture, ensuring clean code organization and maintainability while providing a user-friendly interface for customers and administrators.
To enhance decision-making, the system applies an MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) technique as an AI-based decision support method. Multiple criteria such as location, availability, and plot features are evaluated and weighted to rank burial plots and recommend the most suitable option. The application is deployed on a DigitalOcean Droplet, enabling reliable cloud hosting and public access.
PolyBus is a real-time bus tracking system designed to improve visibility and accessibility of public transportation information. The mobile application is developed using React Native, allowing users to view live bus locations and track routes conveniently from their smartphones.
The system uses NodeMCU integrated with GPS modules to collect real-time location data from buses. This data is transmitted via Firebase and WebSocket, enabling instant updates and smooth real-time communication between the hardware and the mobile application for accurate and responsive tracking.
Aimed to evaluate the quality and accessibility of internet services for students residing in Dhuam Hostel. Challenges faced included acquiring relevant data from students across different faculties and adapting to new tools like Google Looker. Stakeholder feedback was gathered through a Google Form to evaluate the dashboard's quality and content.
Findings were analyzed to support recommendations for improving internet infrastructure and the student learning experience. The completed dashboard offers comprehensive data visualizations on student engagement.
